Argyle administrator assured money is coming as staff asked to defer wages again

Today should have been the day when Bishop International finalised their deal to buy Plymouth Argyle and provided significant funding.

But staff and players have been asked to defer their August wages in case the deal doesn't complete.

Administrator Brendan Guilfoyle took Bishop International to court this week to try and force them to pay staff wages immediately, but this was thrown out.

Mr Guilfoyle has said he is now expecting money next week.

The Fans' trust has called a meeting at the pavilions for 11.30am tomorrow- Peter Ridsdale and Brendan Guilfoyle will be in attendance, along with the PFA.

A protest march will then leave the city centre for Home Park at 1pm - this has been organised separately.
