Jobs to go at Plymouth papers

A number of jobs are to go at the Plymouth Herald and Western Morning News.

It's understood 87 posts are being cut by Northcliffe Media, but not all of these will be in Plymouth.

They are back office posts and sources say it will not affect editorial staff.

The paper will continue to be distributed on a daily basis.

There will now be a ninety day consultation with unions.
