A man has been found dead in a flat just off Mutley Plain this afternoon.

The nineteen year old was found just after three o'clock.

Police and emergency services attended the scene and Mutley Plain was partially closed for a couple of hours.

The death is being treated as unexplained and officers are investigating.

At this time, it's not thought to be a suspicious death.
