Jobless figures in Plymouth match the situation across the country.

There's a slight drop in those claiming Jobseekers' allowance - from 6624 in February to 6520 in March.

2-point-48 million people are on the dole nationally - a drop of 17-thousand over the three months to the end of February.

But the number of young people who're jobless rose by 12-thousand during the same period.
