Plymouth man flies home after trial in Hungary adjourned

A Plymouth man and his business partner are flying back to the UK this morning, after their trial in Hungary was adjourned.

Jason McGoldrick who grew up in the city and Michael Turner from Dorset spent four months in prison in 2009 for fraud - without a trial.

They allegedly owe money to creditors in Hungary after their time share firm collapsed.

The pair returned to the country voluntarily on Monday to face trial but it's been adjourned until June 7th.
