After presenting in the south west for over 15 years, it's great to be with you in the afternoons at Radio Plymouth from 3-7pm.

I will be keeping you up to date with the latest on Plymouth's roads and of course play you some amazing music to keep you going at work, or on your drive home.

We will be finding out who's had a good day in Plymouth each afternoon and setting you the task to find out who my kids are describing on "Small Talk". When I'm not on the radio I enjoy spending time with my family and play squash when I get the chance, well I try to anyway! Bit of a movie fan also, my top 3 of all time has to be, No. 3 "Rambo, First Blood"! Don't laugh it's a classic! No. 2 The Usual suspects, what a twist at the end.  No. 1 "Live and Let Die", the ultimate Bond Movie with the best Bond of them all, Roger Moore! Am I the only person who thinks he's the best Bond?....... Ok point taken!
