I spent 15 years on English language radio and television stations in Bahrain and Qatar in the 80's and 90's, where I also did some freelance sports presenting for the BBC World Service.

Subsequently I have launched and run radio stations in the south and south west, but this is the first time I have been involved with a station in my home county. I was born in Exmouth and spent many happy holidays with family in Keyham so to live and work in this great city is a joy.

I present the midday show (10am-2pm) Monday to Friday and we focus on what is happening in Plymouth with studio guests and competitions to go with great music.

Throughout the show I also round up the requests that come in ready for the Jukebox between 2 and 3pm where you choose the tunes.
